Privacy and KVKK information notice
A clear explanation of how personal data is processed, where it may be transferred, and the rights available to you.
Data controller identity
The data controller's legal name and notification address are pending confirmation and will be updated when verified. The current request channel is hello@loopest.com.
Personal-data processing purposes
We process data to operate accounts and authorization, provide loyalty and operations records, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and measure privacy-safe product events.
Recipients and transfer purposes
Data may be shared with infrastructure providers required to operate the service for the relevant service purpose, and with competent authorities where legally required, limited to those purposes.
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected through account creation, product use, and support forms. Where applicable, processing relies on the KVKK Article 5 and 6 conditions such as entering into or performing a contract, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, or legitimate interest. Optional preferences are assessed separately; this notice is not explicit consent.
Your Article 11 rights
Under Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, its purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or anonymization, request notification, and object. Send requests to hello@loopest.com.
When you create an account, we process your email, profile, and business information. While you use the product, we process loyalty, branch, campaign, and order records; when you contact support, we process the form information you provide.
Kiosk device secrets are stored as hashes, not plaintext. We do not request payment or card details.
This notice informs you when personal data is processed. You are not required to consent to receiving this notice, and this notice is not an explicit-consent request.
Optional marketing, in-app announcement, and similar preferences are shown separately. Declining an optional preference does not prevent use of the core service.
We retain data only for the time needed to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Business data is not automatically deleted at the end of the trial; applicable account and service retention rules continue to apply.
Send KVKK requests to hello@loopest.com or the support form. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account owner.
