The scope of Loopest, its 30-day trial model, and user responsibilities in clear terms.
Loopest provides digital loyalty, campaign, kiosk, and operations tools for businesses. Starter and Growth begin with a 30-day free trial; no card or payment details are requested and there is no automatic charge.
When the trial ends, data is not deleted and the panel remains visible. Write operations pause; you decide whether to continue.
Starter includes up to 1 branch and 2 active campaigns; Growth includes up to 5 branches and 20 active campaigns. The business owner decides when a different plan is needed.
Users must keep account information current, use strong passwords, and report unauthorized access. The service may not be used for unauthorized access, fraudulent loyalty activity, kiosk abuse, harmful content, or activity that infringes others' rights.
